Society Farsarotul

Asterios Koukoudis is the author of a comprehensive four-volume study on the history of the Aromanian community: Thessaloniki and the Vlachs; The Vlachs: Metropolis and Diaspora; The Olympos and Moglena Vlachs; The Veria Vlachs and the Arvanitovlachs of Central Macedonia.
The Folklore Association of Vlahs (Armani) in Veria
The association established in 1981 seeks to preserve the customs, traditions, and language of the Aromanian community. Its members come from the Pindos Mountains villages of Veria, Vlahohoria, Vermion seli, Xerolivado, and Doliani.
